Pet Admission Procedure

1. Purpose

This procedure sets out the rules for admitting, keeping and handling pets within the caravan camping area, in order to protect the peace and safety of guests and to maintain environmental and hygiene standards.

2. Scope

It covers all contract holders staying in the camping area, their family members and any pets they bring with them.

3. Definitions

• Pet: cats, dogs and other small domestic animals permitted by law.
• Contract holder: the person signing the caravan park living-area usage contract.
• Management: Kocaali Turizm Yatırım Planlama Ltd. Co.

4. General Rules

• Admission of pets requires the Management's permission.
• The contract holder must notify the Management in writing before bringing a pet onto the site.
• A maximum of one (1) pet is allowed per pitch.
• Dangerous breeds, animals showing aggressive behaviour and species banned by law are not admitted.

5. Health and Documentation

Every pet must have an up-to-date vaccination record, a valid rabies vaccination, and a microchip with registration. The Management may request a veterinary health report where necessary.

6. Conduct Rules

• Pets must be kept on a leash within the camping area.
• Pets are not allowed in shared facilities (toilets, showers, kitchen, laundry, etc.).
• Any mess must be cleaned up immediately by the owner.
• Noise, aggression or any behaviour disturbing other guests is strictly forbidden.
• Pets may not be left unattended outside the pitch allocated to the contract holder.

7. Liability

• Hygiene and safety breaches, damage to the site and any damage to third parties caused by the pet are the contract holder's responsibility.
• The Management cannot be held liable for accidents or damage caused by pets.

8. Breaches and Sanctions

In case of breach, the Management may issue a written warning, require the pet to be removed from the living area, and upon repetition terminate the contract unilaterally.

9. Entry into Force

This procedure takes effect on the date the contract is signed and forms an integral part of it.

10. Undertaking

Guests arriving with a pet must complete and sign the undertaking section of the PDF below and hand it in at check-in.
