Welcome to Kocaali Karavan Park on the Black Sea coast. This guide is written so that every guest can enjoy a peaceful, safe and pleasant stay. Protecting our shared spaces, respecting our neighbours' right to rest and keeping the natural environment clean are our common responsibility.
1. General Principles
- Each guest may use the pitch temporarily allocated to them.
- Choose a pitch that suits the dimensions of your caravan.
- Follow the official notification and registration steps when selecting a pitch.
- Online booking and payment can be completed at kocaalikaravanpark.com.
2. Accommodation Rules
- Entry to the living area is possible between 08:00 and 23:00.
- A maximum of 4 guests may stay on one pitch, including the caravan's registered owner.
- Close relatives and visitors may enter only accompanied by the caravan owner.
- Guests under 18 must stay with a parent or guardian.
- Identity details declared on entry are checked and reported to the authorities as required by law.
- Couples staying together are asked to present their marriage certificate at registration.
- The pet admission procedure must be followed.
3. Use of the Site
- Alcohol consumption is strictly forbidden on site.
- Avoid additional structures such as gazebos or pergolas, and items such as washing lines that disturb the visual integrity of the site.
- Use vehicles only for entry and exit; park and wash them outside the living area.
- Dispose of waste in the designated areas.
- Help protect shared areas and the landscaping.
- Families must accompany their children while they use the park.
- Rinse off sand at the shower heads when returning from the beach.
- Be considerate on the cycling and walking paths.
- Use the laundry, dryer, dishwashing and refrigeration facilities with the staff's knowledge.
- Empty cassette toilets only at the points indicated on site.
4. Electricity, Water and Waste
- Electricity and water are metered and billed according to your consumption.
- Electrical cables must be fire-resistant, unspliced and at least 3×2.5 mm².
- Water hoses must be pressure-resistant.
- Waste water must be emptied at the designated points.
- Avoid energy sources other than electricity (petrol, diesel, paraffin, etc.).
- Do not interfere with the distribution board or electrical fittings without the staff's knowledge.
5. Quiet Hours
- No noise after 00:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, and after 23:00 on other days.
- Avoid loud music, playing instruments and any behaviour that disturbs others.
- Do not interfere with the lighting of shared areas.
6. Technical Safety
- Your registration must be current and recorded in the caravan class.
- The caravan must stay within the boundaries of the designated pitch.
- Electrical and fuel systems must be safe; gas installations must be approved by an authorised service with a leak test.
- Carry at least one TSE-approved 2 kg fire extinguisher in your caravan.
- Interior and exterior lighting must be complete and working.
7. Safety and Emergencies
- Flammable and explosive materials are forbidden.
- Open fires are forbidden in the living area.
- Guests may install cameras only inside their own caravan.
- Mover systems must be locked so the caravan can be towed in an emergency.
- Breaches lead to a written warning; continued breaches may result in termination of the contract and removal of the caravan.
8. Insurance and Liability
- Guests must hold fire and third-party liability insurance.
- Policies must be submitted to the park management within 15 days at the latest.
- Guests are liable for any damage or loss relating to the living area.
